Our Mission Statement:
ISCA
Therapies specialises in the use of advanced remedial massage therapy
and holistic bodywork treatment techniques which can provide relief
from various chronic or long term muscular and soft tissue related
complaints. These conditions may have arisen from occupation,
leisure activity, lifestyle or a past injury or accident.
We
are also very keen to promote awareness of self-help ideas to our
clients which gives them the skills to independently self-treat at
home to build upon the benefits the treatments and as well as giving
them the empowering knowledge and on-going support if needed to be
able to take full control of their own health.
Commitment
to On-Going Training and Professional Conduct:
We are
committed to continuing professional development and on-going
training. Our lead therapist has and continues to train in both
modern western clinical massage as well as traditional eastern
approaches to massage and bodywork. We selectively combine techniques
from all massage and bodywork disciplines that we have been trained
in to form a unique treatment appropriately tailored for each client.
We have gained recognised qualification from and through regular on-going professional development programs continue to be actively associated with the following renowned natural health training institutions:
